Panelam is a structural panel specially designed with a unique combination of of strength and durability. It is overlaid on either one or two sides with a variety of plastic, vinyl or metal laminates, and is the ideal panel for many industrial applications.
Construction
Panelam's lightweight thermoplastic overlay is permanently bonded with an exterior glue. Our structural substrates are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with U.S. Product standards.
Warranty
Panelam is guaranteed against delaminating and manufacturing defects for the life of the panel when installed in approved applications.
Low Installation Cost
Common woodworking tools are all that are necessary to machine shape and install Panelam. Panelam's overlay will not chip, crack or break.

Performance Features
Long Product Life: Panelam's polyethylene overlay acts as a protective wear surface against abrasion and reduces shear forces transmitted into the substrate.
Chemical Resistant: Panelam's polyethylene overlay is resistant to attack by most common solvents, oils and alkalis.
Maintains its Appearance: The color is pigmented into the entire thickness of the overlay. Also, because of the non-stick characteristics of polyethylene, the surface is stain resistant and easy to clean. Ultraviolet stabilizer is available for exterior use.
Polyethylene Overlay: Panelam's polyethylene overlay is an absolute 100% moisture barrier.

Overlay Thickness
Panelam's polyethylene overlay is available in thicknesses to meet almost any need - 0.004" through 0.200".
